As you may have seen a flyer or an advertisement around town, we are the shop with the $99 Computer Repair Service! Most people come in and ask what the catch is, and we are pleased to answer: "There is no catch"!

Whether you have a virus, spyware, malware or your computer is running really slow, this service will bring your computer back to life! In most cases, after this service, your computer will run faster than it did when you first bought it...all for $99!

We also have a "Family Pack" deal. If you bring in 3 or more machines at the same time, we will discount the price from $99/PC to $79/PC.

Here is what you get for that price:

• Full Hard Drive and Memory Diagnostic. (This is at no charge, if errors are found, we will notify you with costs of replacement hardware and if you would like to continue the service. If you deny the service, you can pick up your machine with no balance owed).

• A fully formatted hard drive, erasing all errors, infections or corrupted files.

• Re-installation of your Operating System (Windows or Macintosh)

• Installation of all critical Windows or Mac updates up to the day of service.

• Installation of Avast! 12-Month Anti-virus software to keep your system safe

• Installation of Adobe Acrobat, Apple iTunes, Java, Flash player, OpenOffice (if needed).

• This service will be completed within 72 hours*.

Now we have a couple add-on's to that service (prices below are in addition to the initial $99):

$19 - Data Transfer
Backup of documents, pictures, music, and other important data. After repair is complete, data will be placed back on machine.

$49 - Data Transfer + Backup
Backup of documents, pictures, music, and other important data. After repair is complete, data will be placed back on machine. We will also burn data onto DVDs as a hard copy backup.

$19 - Software Installation
Installation of up to 3 programs - Must have original disks and software licenses.

$39 - Pickup/Drop Off Service
We will come to your house, disconnect your machine and bring it to our office. After the repair is complete, we will bring your machine back to your house and connect it back up. After this we will review the services we have performed and make sure everything is running just how you need it.

$99 - Guaranteed in 24 Hours*
We will perform the $99 Service and any add-ons you have selected within 24 hours of you dropping the machine off.

$149 - Same Day Service*
As long as you bring in the machine before 12 Noon, we will complete the $99 Service and all the add-ons you have selected by the end of the same work day.

*These time frames are based on all hardware in machine is fully functional. Turn time may increase if parts need to be ordered. (In most cases this is not needed)
