Computer Impressions provides a complimentary in-store diagnostic to our customers.

This diagnostic service provides the following:

1. Hard Drive Test

2. Memory Test

3. OS/Software Diagnostic

After we run the tests, we will call and explain our findings. This enables us to make sure we provide the correct solution to your specific problem. We will also provide you with a hardware/labor estimate. If you decide not to have it repaired, you may pick up your equipment without owing anything.
