Pricing

• $75.00 per hour, per technician to a maximum of $275.00* per computer.
*(This cost is for labor only. It does not include any hardware, software or any other parts that may be needed to repair your machine. You will be notified of these additional charges before they incur. We also have a 1 hour minimum on all service calls).

New Client Discount

All of our new clients will receive a $25.00 discount on their first service.

Our Maximum Pricing

We at Computer Impressions understand that computer repair costs can add up quickly. Most service calls require our technicians to be on-site between 1-2 hours. The newer, more malicious viruses and spyware, bury themselves so deeply within the machine, that it may take 5-6 or more hours to remove them completely. This is why we have capped our services off at a flat rate, making it more fair to the client and our technicians, giving us all the time we need to make sure your computer is 100% repaired.

Pickup/Drop Off

In most cases, after the initial diagnostic, the technicians will know if the problem will take multiple hours to repair. We have more tools accessible to us at our office, making it easier to repair your machine in a timely manner, without us having to be at your home for an extended period of time. We offer, a no cost, pickup/drop off repair service to our local clients. Our technician will pickup your machine, repair it at our office and deliver it back to your home within 24-48** hours.

**The Majority of repairs will be completed within this time frame. In unusual cases, it may take us longer to completely repair your machine, and you will be notified of this within the first 24 hours.
